"Very poor experience with TVS iQube S. My scooter has been lying in the service centre since 1st September 2025 due to an ignition lock issue, and even after 20 days the part has still not arrived. I raised complaints with TVS customer care and even NCH, but no action has been taken. This is unacceptable for a brand like TVS — customers spend lakhs on an EV but face such careless after-sales service. If TVS cannot provide spare parts and timely resolution, it will lose customer trust. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing."

"The only place in Noida that services 310RR. I don't know why the ratings for this place are so slow. I had a wonderful experience with everyone at the service center. To a point where I had come back to pick up my bike 40 minutes prior to the service center shutting, they could not take up my bike which I had dropped off in the morning for service because of another 310RR which had some issues to fix which took a lot of time. When the senior technician Manoj realised I had come from far he and a few others stayed back post their shift to complete service for my bike in front of me. I am thankful to Manoj and the entire staff of TVS Aditi for taking care of customer experience! 5⭐ Service! Below is a pic of multiple mechanics working on my bike."
